These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Leandro Soriano and the Client for photography services. By booking the Photographer, the Client agrees to the following: A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the event or session. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. If the Client cancels, the retainer is non-refundable; rescheduling is allowed 3 days before the session based on availability. The Photographer may cancel due to emergencies, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered. The Photographer retains full copyright to all images, while the Client receives a personal-use license unless otherwise negotiated. Commercial use requires separate licensing. The Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless the Client submits a written request to opt out. Edited images will be delivered within 3 days via DM or Album Download option, and RAW files will not be provided. The Client acknowledges understanding of the Photographer’s artistic style and grants creative freedom in editing and composition. The Photographer is not liable for issues caused by Client or guest actions, weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure, with liability limited to the amount paid. The Client agrees to provide necessary cooperation and information before and during the session. Travel fees may apply beyond Surrey, and any permits or venue fees are the Client’s responsibility. The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for promotional purposes unless opting out in writing. Images will be stored for 4 months, after which they may be deleted; the Client is responsible for backing up delivered files. By booking, the Client confirms agreement to all terms listed here.
